You know those famous monkeys.... see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil?! Well this is ... take no medicine, take No medicine, take NO medicine! L had been complaining of his teeth hurting. We looked and looked in his mouth and never found a cause. We figured he was sensitive to cold things, because he always complained after eating something cold. Then again, one morning, he complained. So Tim looked in his mouth and found 2 HUGE cavities - identical, one on each side of his mouth in the same tooth. They were almost mirror images of each other - crazy that we never saw it and neither did his doctor at his check up! Anyway... we got him into a pediatric dentist immediately and they determined that he'd have to be put under to get those two teeth fixed. In the meantime he has to take some meds to ward off any infection that might be there and HE DOESN'T LIKE IT!! In these pics we were presenting him with the meds for the first time - he hadn't even tasted the pink stuff yet! By the end of the day we got wise - since he has to take this 3x/day until mid April - and we put it in some strawberry milk. He drank it right up and didn't even notice! So, now he gets all the strawberry milk he wants.... boy the things we do!!
