another FIRST DAY of school!

 Yesterday (September 4th) was N's first day of 4th grade! He's super excited because his teacher this year was his advanced Math/Reading teacher last year!

 N is also excited because his best friend, Nick, is in his class! They had kindergarten together and that's when they became buds....but they've never been in a class together since then!!! That poor teacher better watch out!!

 Today, September 5th is L's first day of pre-school!! L missed the kindergarten cut-off date by 5 days. BOOOO....so there isn't a school in the state of Utah that will take him - unless we are willing to pay $500+/month for private kindergarten - which we aren't willing to do - so off to pre-school he goes!

 L will be in school 4 days a week and for most of the day - so it's like going to kindergarten I suppose. (He actually will be in school longer than kindergarten - so YIPEE!) He is super excited....he's got his Spiderman back pack and new school clothes and a winning smile - he's gonna ROCK pre-school!

 So, now that they are all in school - here is our annual back to school picture! (K=9th, M=5th, N= 4th, L= Pre-K)
