weekly review - better late than never!

Yep - this is a few days late, but you all know why - so cut me some slack! Here is a look back over our last week! It was full of adventure... take a look!

SATURDAY (3-14-09): We finally got our Christmas trees (yes, that's plural!) to the dump - along with lots of leaves and other yard debris! We weren't the only ones taking a tree to the dump - take a peek at the truck in front of us!

SUNDAY: M turns 7 years old! She requested a red velvet cake, so that's what we did! She got a camera, bubble bath and some new church shoes. Also a necklace and a box of Lemon Girl Scout cookies from K and N! FUN!

MONDAY: L got his first haircut! A local place was doing a special and his hair was getting long so it was time. He wasn't a fan of the spray bottle, but otherwise he sat very still and just watched in the mirror as his hair fell off! Wrap up the trip with a sucker at the end and he was a happy boy!

TUESDAY: 6:55pm - L decides that he would rather be on the floor than looking out the window. This little fall took us to Insta Care! He bit a nice chunky hole in his cheek and it was gushing blood! So off we went. Fortunately they were able to take a quick peek and let us know that it wouldn't need stitches and should heal on it's own. By bed time, the hole had already started to seal up!

WEDNESDAY: Finally got the food storage that I bought on Saturday put away! Look, we found Honey Powder! How cool is that?!

THURSDAY: I packed up my scrapbook stuff in preparation for the Scrapbook USA Expo on Friday!
FRIDAY: Went to the Scrapbook USA expo until midnight!! It was so much fun - I got lots done, saw lots of new things, and enjoyed the day with my sister, AA!! In the meantime....

Tim loaded up the car, got the kids from school and headed to Colorado to play with the cows! It's branding season so he was off to help!

So that's it from last week! We have another busy week ahead - school play, family coming to town, another birthday, and the start of week 6 on our diet! SO MUCH FUN!
