GUESS WHAT I DID?!

I just made my very first batch of HOMEMADE CARAMEL SAUCE!! It was super easy and it's super tasty and right now it's being enjoyed by 25 little second graders! I've never made my own caramel sauce before so this was a fun journey for me. It's sauce because it's for dipping and not for setting up into the gummy little caramels that you wrap in plastic and give to your friends. OOOO - it was so easy! It smelled DIVINE!! I'll post some pics tomorrow - but I just wanted you to know. YAY ME! (p.s. - thanks to my friend Heidi who added the cream at the perfect speed! )
