This morning while taking L to school he was talking about getting married and meeting the perfect girl. He said that when he turns 18 he is going to walk down the sidewalk until he meets the perfect girl and then they will get married. Then he asked me if that's how Tim and I met. I laughed and told him "no, we met while sitting next to each other at a football game". To that, L responds -" did you look at him and your eyes turned to hearts because that's how it happens in cartoons". Oh man - I really laughed then.
L, I hope you always have this sweet innocence about you - you make me smile daily!!
